Express Entry Visa
Express Entry is an online system used by the Canadian government to organize and process applications for professionals and skilled workers who wish to immigrate to Canada and acquire Canadian permanent residence status. Express Entry provides the pathway to permanent residence for skilled workers in Canada or overseas. If skilled foreign workers utilize Express entry, processing times will be reduced to six months or less. The system manages three main federal economic programs:

Canadian experience class visa
Any qualified individual planning to become a permanent resident (PR) in Canada may apply for a Canadian experience class (CEC) visa through the NSRIC immigration and visa consulting (NIVC). The CEC is a specific immigration stream designed for individuals who have gained valuable Canadian work experience and wish to transition from temporary to permanent residency in Canada. The CEC applies to candidates who have worked in Canada and wish to become permanent residents. This pathway is part of the express entry system, which aims to streamline and expedite the immigration process for skilled workers.
The CEC is a permanent residency category for persons with Canadian skilled work experience. The program was designed for temporary foreign workers and international graduates with eligible Canadian wor

Federal skilled traders visa
The Express Entry system manages three federal immigration programs, including the Federal Skilled Trades (FST) program. As with all Express Entry programs, FST uses the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) to rank interested candidates against one another, only inviting the most competitive candidates to apply for Canadian permanent residence. Over half of all immigrants to Canada are skilled workers who are welcomed through economic programs, including the Federal Skilled Trades program, each year. Qualified tradespeople can quickly obtain Canadian permanent residence and the right to live and work in Canada through the FST program.
In order to be considered for FST, a candidate must have at least two years of full-time work experience in a skilled trade (or an equivalent amount of time in part-time). This experience must have been acquired within the last 5 year
Federal skilled worker visa
One of the three programs in Canada’s Express Entry system for processing immigration applications is the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) program. Candidates with no connections to Canada and who have worked abroad can apply for permanent residency through the FSW program.
Candidates who want to settle in Canada permanently are ranked using the comprehensive ranking system (CRS) as part of the express entry system for the FSW program. FSW is not required to have Canadian work experience to enter the express entry pool like Canadian experience class (CEC) candidates. Instead, candidates must meet a minimum number of points, which is determined by factors like work experience, language ability, and education. Invitations to apply for permanent residence in Canada will be given to applicants with the most competitive CRS scores once they are in the pool.
