Immigration Services
The NSRIC immigration and visa consulting (NIVC) provides the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) and other immigration-related services to interested clients who wish to become permanent residents in the PNP class. The PNP is designed to allow provinces and territories to support the immigration of individuals who have expressed a desire to come to their province or territory
The documents that are needed for this category (vary case-by-case) are
(i) educational documents (i.e., diplomas, degrees, certificates, transcripts etc.),
(ii) electronic copies of the assessment of educational credential assessment (ECA),
(iii) electronic copies of the travel documents and passport(s),
(iv) curriculum vitae (CV) or resume,
(v) Letters of reference from previous employer,
(vi) Letters of reference/employment verification letters from the Canadian organization,
(vii) medical examination results,
(viii) police certificates and clearances,
(ix) proof of funds,
(x) proof of language proficiency,
(xi) proof of professional certifications or licenses (if applicable),
(xii) proof of provincial nomination (if applicable),
(xiii) recent digital photos meeting citizenship specifications,
(xiv) other necessary documents such as birth certificate(s), dependant information (if applicable), divorce certificate and legal separation agreement (if applicable), marriage certificate (if applicable), proof of genuine relationship such as joint bank accounts, shared property, communication records, documents unique to their PNP streams, such as settlement plans, adaptability assessments, or business plans etc. and use of a representative form etc. if applicable.
The first step for an express entry visa is to register yourself at https://nsricvisa.ca/registration/ and upload all necessary documents. Then the NSRIC expert team will evaluate the candidate’s documents. NSRIC completes the process in three steps:
(i) Initial review upon receipt of documentation.
(ii) Submission of the application for a PNP visa.
(iii) Meet the final requirement of IRCC and medical exam results processing.
