The non-express entry program is one of the most popular and efficient pathways for skilled workers to obtain permanent residency in Canada. In the non-express entry process, NIVC applies on your behalf to the province or territory for nomination under a non-express entry stream. you need to meet the eligibility requirements of the province that nominates you. if you’re nominated, you apply for permanent residence online. Non-express entry-linked applications is also called paper-based applications.

The documents that are needed for this category (vary case-by-case) are (i) educational documents (i.e., diplomas, degrees, certificates, transcripts etc.), (ii) electronic copies of the assessment of educational credential assessment (ECA), (iii) electronic copies of the travel documents and passport(s), (iv) medical examination results, (v) police certificates and clearances, (vi) proof of funds, (vii) proof of language proficiency, (viii) proof of provincial nomination (if applicable), (ix) proof of work experience, (x) recent digital photos meeting citizenship specifications, (xi) other necessary documents such as birth certificate(s), dependant information (if applicable), divorce certificate and legal separation agreement (if applicable), marriage certificate (if applicable), proof of genuine relationship such as joint bank accounts, shared property, communication records, etc. and use of a representative form etc. if applicable.
