Any qualified individual planning to become a permanent resident (PR) in Canada may apply for a Canadian Experience Class (CEC) visa through the NSRIC immigration and visa consulting (NIVC). Schooling visa along with one parent

NIVC offers schooling visa services for school-going students in Gr. 3 – 11 with one parent. Another parent may accompany the family under a visitor visa. Parents can also explore employment opportunities and can get work permits to settle the family in Canada. Further, study permits for students enrolled in secondary school (Gr. 9 to 12 in all provinces and territories except Quebec, and Gr. 9 to 11 in Quebec) can be issued for the full length of the intended period of study at a secondary school in Canada (maximum of 4 years). Upon their children’s arrival and enrollment in the school study program, parents may have the chance to work up to 40 hours per week and full or part-time jobs during the summer.

The required documents for this category (vary case-by-case) include:

(i) Educational documents (i.e., school transfer certificate, school transcript, etc.)

(ii) Electronic copies of the travel documents and passport(s) for both one parent and student(s)

(iii) National ID cards

(iv) Police certificates and clearances

(v) Student’s immunization certificate e.g., vaccine certificate(s), reports

(vi) Proof of funds to support yourself and study

(vii) Recent digital passport-sized photographs

(viii) School transcripts for the last two years

(ix) Valid medical exams (may be completed later)

(x) Other necessary documents such as birth certificate(s), dependant information (if applicable), divorce certificate and legal separation agreement for parent (if applicable), marriage certificate for parent, and use of a representative form etc if applicable.

NSRIC offers student visa services for various levels of study. The NIVC offers different study permits, which categories as:

(i) Schooling visa (Gr. 3 to Gr. 11) along with one parent

(ii) Vocational and diploma college students visa

(iii) University graduate students with scholarships visa

(iv) General students supported by student loan visa

(v) Self-funded undergraduate and graduate university students visa

The first step for a study permit visa is to register yourself at https://nsricvisa.ca/registration/ and upload all necessary documents. Then, the NSRIC expert team will evaluate the candidates’ documents. NSRIC completes the process in four steps:

(i) Initial assessment upon receipt of all documents

(ii) Application for a letter of acceptance from a Canadian school

(iii) An application for a study permit (i.e., student visa)

(iv) Preparation for an interview with a visa officer (including biometrics, medical examinations etc if applicable depending on nationality)
