Here is a list of required documents for a Spousal and Family Sponsorship Visa application in Canada. Please note that the documents required may vary based on your circumstances and the relationship you are sponsoring. The documents that are needed for this category (vary case-by-case) are
(i) educational documents (i.e., diplomas, degrees, certificates, transcripts etc.),
(ii) copies of Canadian citizenship or permanent resident card (sponsor),

(i) Initial review upon receipt of documentation.
(ii) Submission of the application for the spousal and family sponsorship visa.
(iii) Meet the final requirement of IRCC and medical exam results processing.
